    Abstract: The invention provides methods and apparatuses for characterizing the folding and aggregation dynamics of biological molecules, including stability of biological molecules. The methods and apparatuses of the invention can be used, for example, to identify conditions that affect the stability of a biological molecule, to identify compounds or ligands that bind to a biological molecule, and to identify compounds that modulate the interaction between a biological molecule and a ligand.
