  • Patent number: 4475299
Abstract: An advertising sign arrangement for a vehicle having emergency rear doors includes a rectangular sign on each side of the vehicle mounted adjacent the top and rear end thereof. The signs on the side extend slightly rearwardly of the vehicle. A rectangular rear sign extends between the other two signs and has its upper side edges pivoted to the other signs. When the rear door is opened, it engages the rear sign and pivots it rearwardly and upwardly so that it does not interfere with the operation of the door. An elastic member extending from the back of the rear sign is engaged by the doors when they are closed to hold the sign in its downward position.

  • Patent number: 4333681
Abstract: A power operated reclining wheelchair having a frame assembly with a base frame and a pair of laterally spaced sidewall frames extending upwardly from the opposite lateral sides of the base frame. Each of the sidewall frames have a fixed major pivot point located adjacent its rear end at a location approximating that of the hip joint of the occupant of the wheelchair. The wheelchair also has a back rest assembly and a seat assembly and mechanical and electrical structure for pivotally reclining the back rest assembly about the major pivot points in coordinated movement with the seat assembly during which the front end of the seat assembly is tilted upwardly and forwardly advanced from its initial position while its rear end is slightly lowered and forwardly advanced from its initial position.

  • Patent number: 4097085
Abstract: An improved tractor having a front section pivotally coupled to a rear section wherein the front section has a radiator, front wheels, and a tiltable cab. Wrapped around the radiator at the extreme end of the front section is a combination bumper and storing area for hydraulic fluid. The additional weight of the hydraulic storing area in front of the radiator substantially prevents front wheel slippage. Also mounted on the front section is a tiltable cab having air conditioning and a pedestal chair seating the operator. The air conditioning system is designed to force air from both a forward intake and a rearward intake between the top of the cab and a dome-shaped roof having a plurality of holes formed therein for uniformly distributing the air from the front and rear conditioners over the operator. The pedestal chair is designed to have forward and rearward movement as well as pivotal movement.

  • Patent number: 4065810
Abstract: A method for accessing and storing data in randomly assigned storage locations in a memory associated with a processor under the control of external circuits connected to the processor I/O bus, said external circuits being provided with registers for storing several assigned addresses in the memory which contain the starting addresses in the memory of a control list stored in a plurality of sequential addresses and five or more storage areas, each including a plurality of contiguous storage locations and further provision being made within the said processor for incrementing the addresses stored in the said assigned addresses each time they are accessed for performing a reading or writing operation in the memory location designated therein.

  • Patent number: 4015602
Abstract: An ear mold injection dispenser for dispensing impression material into an ear canal and a cavity of the ear. The dispenser includes a tubular body having a valve. The impression material is mixed inside the tubular body. A plunger is inserted into the tubular body and the valve is open. The plunger pushes the material through the valve into a funnel which is inserted into the ear. The funnel is detachable from the tubular body so that the correct size of funnel can be selected for inserting inside the ear canal.
