    Abstract: The present invention entails a wedge shaped multi-sectional back rest pillow unit wherein at least one section of the unit is movable such that the overall structure may be manipulated such that it can assume numerous different configurations. By selectively moving and repositioning one section of the back rest and pillow unit, the entire structure may assume: (1) an upright back rest configuration, (2) an intermediate back rest configuration, (3) a horizontal wedge configuration, or (4) a pillow configuration.
