    Abstract: A system, method, and computer program product for assisting in the analysis of biological data. The system enables a user to compare multiple genomes simultaneously. More particularly, the system operates by allowing a user to select a template genome and at least one comparison genome. The genes of the template genome are then projected across the comparison genomes and the results are displayed. The display aids the user in evaluating the quality of genome annotations and is particularly useful for quickly identifying functional relationships.
