Abstract: A scanner assembly for portably scanning documents is disclosed. The scanner assembly includes a board and a cradle assembly. The cradle assembly includes a first cradle member and second cradle member spaced from one another, coupled to the board, and configured to receive the scanner. The cradle assembly includes a support bracket disposed between and coupled to the first and second cradle members. The cradle assembly also includes a lock assembly coupled to the first cradle member and movable between a first position where the scanner is fixed to the first and second cradle members and a second position where the scanner is removable from the first and second cradle members. The first and second cradle members and the support bracket of the cradle assembly are movable along the board for allowing the scanner to scan documents disposed on the board.

Abstract: A hand held light for traffic control using an array of light sources such as colored light LEDs or lasers which either a red set or green set are energized by operation of a trigger switch. A third set of yellow light emitting light sources are also optionally operated, as well as a spot light mounted within the array of light sources. A position switch prevents energizing the red or green light sources so that arm motion can also be used to control the light sources.

Abstract: An item of apparel is disclosed that can be worn on various parts of the body such as the ankle, the arm, the wrist or the like comprising a fabric sleeve having Velcro at its ends so that it can be formed into a loop embracing the user's limb. A series of light-emitting diodes are mounted on the sleeve and connected to a battery powered circuit having a mercury switch so that the diodes are illuminated depending upon the position of the user's limb. Each diode is mounted in a reflector that magnifies the diode's illumination.

Abstract: An audio amplifier for amplifying the audio signal generated by an alarm watch. The amplifier includes an automatic snooze alarm which is generated a predetermined time after the initial alarm is generated by the watch.
