  • Patent number: 11943191
Abstract: Techniques for live location sharing are described. A first mobile device and a second mobile device can communicate with one another using an IM program. The first mobile device can receive a user input to share a location of the first mobile device in the IM program. Sharing the location can include causing the second mobile device to display a location of the first mobile device in an IM program user interface on the second mobile device. Duration of sharing the location can be user-configurable. The second mobile device may or may not share a location of the second device for display in the IM program executing on the first mobile device.

  • Publication number: 20210402442
Abstract: A system and method for cleaning disks includes a cleaning disk rotatably supported by a structural frame, the rotatable cleaning disk defining a plurality of holes, the plurality of holes carrying disks to be cleaned. The rotatable cleaning disk disposed between a first plurality of brushes and a second plurality of such that each of the first plurality of brushes and the second plurality of brushes contacting and agitating surfaces of the disks. A washing tank is supported by the structural frame and defines a reservoir of cleaning solution. At least a portion of the rotatable cleaning disk and the first and second pluralities of brushes are submerged in the cleaning solution. A blower forces heated air over the disks to be cleaned and removes cleaning solution from the disks, and a light source irradiates the disks to be cleaned for a predetermined amount of time.

  • Publication number: 20110101716
Abstract: A lineman's pole having telescoping sections is connected by a push button assembly for temporarily fixing the length of the pole by holding sections together. The push button assembly is accessible from an end of the pole and can be installed, removed, and positioned via a connector accessible from one open end of the pole. A tool engages the connector on the push button, allowing for pulling, pushing, and rotating the button into a desired position. One connector includes a threading. A threaded tool engages the threads, allowing the user to pull the push button out of the telescoping pole. The connector, such as the threads within a bore in an adapter holding the push button, allows for removing the push button assembly. The push button assembly connects and releases cylindrical sections of the telescoping lineman's pole via openings in the surface of the telescoping sections.

  • Publication number: 20090206609
Abstract: The process of the Hydro Electrical Plant is unique in these ways. The plant reuses the water it uses to produce electrical energy. The process is a type proportional motion that has never been invented at this high as level, being able to produce so much electricity in one unite. This process dose not produce chemical heat like in heat fusion such as coil power plants and nuclear power plants. Hydro electrical power plans such as Barbary dam lets the water run free down the river, the Hydro Electrical Plant reuses the water to recreate more electricity. The Hydro Electrical Plant Land can also be built away from rivers and lakes our the ocean. But the Hydro Electrical Plant water mass can be built in the ocean, lakes our artificial lakes. The process is safe from radiation like nuclear waste that last for million years. It dose not use large amounts of fresh water that is burned up as steam.

  • Publication number: 20050127040
Abstract: A portable circuit interrupting apparatus for use on a circuit isolating device and associated methods of formation and use are provided. The portable circuit interrupting apparatus includes a main housing body and a sleeve coaxially mounted therein. The sleeve is slidable between an extended and retracted position. A shunt circuit segment is connected between ring and hook engaging terminals which engage and form an electrical connection between ring-like and hook-like conducting parts of the circuit isolating device. A shunt circuit segment interrupts the electrical connection in response to movement of the sleeve from the retracted position to the extended position. At least portions of a reset plunger extend inwardly through an opening in a medial portion of the sleeve when in the extended position. An operation counter is connected to and responds to the inward extension of the reset plunger to count a number of circuit interrupting operations.

  • Patent number: 6415523
Abstract: A precision electronic apparatus and method for decodes a lock key, wherein the coded key is inserted into the warded keyway. Simultaneously, this engages a toggle switch and rod. The rod engages a spring-loaded linear switch for each groove. The spring-loaded switch selects only one linear trace on the circuit board. Each circuit board converts the selected linear trace into a binary code. The toggle switch conducts the electronic circuitry and the binary codes are decoded for each notch in the shank of the key. The combined digits result as the complete key code on the LED segment display on the front faceplate.

  • Patent number: 4813243
Abstract: A beverage container cooling apparatus for use in combination with plastic insulated ice chests having a top and a base, the cooling apparatus comprising a tray designed to fit within the base and adapted to receive ice and beverage containers positioned on the ice whereby the containers have their highest parts substantially coplanar with the opening in the base. An endless belt drive mechanism is mounted in the top and has a crank operatively connected thereto which extends outwardly through the chest top. The endless belt is designed to engage the highest parts of the beverage containers when the top and bottom are in superposed position. Operation of the crank will cause the endless belt to rotate the beverage containers on the ice which will cause the contents of the containers to be cooled.
