The apparatus includes a Mobile Messaging (MM) client configured to receive the mobile message based on an Internet Protocol (IP) push manner; a Short Messaging Service (SMS) client configured to receive the mobile message based on SMS push manner; and a module configured to select one of the IP push manner and the SMS manner as a manner for receiving the mobile message.
