    Abstract: Proposed is a primer composition for a recombinase-polymerase amplification reaction for rapid diagnosis of Israeli acute paralysis virus and use thereof. A genomic RNA of Israeli acute paralysis virus (IAPV) is isolated from honey bees to analyze a nucleotide sequence of IAPV, and a primer pair capable of being detected by a recombinase-polymerase amplification method was prepared based on the IAPV RNA sequence. In addition, the optimal conditions of the prepared primer pair were confirmed, and it was confirmed that the genomic RNA of IAPV could be rapidly detected and diagnosed.
