  • Patent number: 11305648
Abstract: A kickdown switch for an accelerator pedal informs a driver of a misoperation state by using a kickdown switch provided in the accelerator pedal when the driver misoperates the accelerator pedal rather than operating a brake pedal while braking is required. Accordingly, the driver can definitely recognize the misoperation state of the accelerator pedal and rapidly stop misoperation of the accelerator pedal and sudden acceleration of the vehicle, whereby occurrence of accidents can be prevented.

Inventors: Ja Yong Koo, Jee Hyuck Choi, Chang Hyun Lee, Eun Sik Kim, Eul Ho Son, Wi Sang Park
  • Publication number: 20200325931
Abstract: A hinge bush for a vehicle pedal apparatus may include a flange connected to a cylindrical portion may include an elastic section that elastically deforms when coming in contact with the internal side of a pedal member and an inelastic section that generates a strong supporting force, whereby it is possible to remove left and right spacing of the pedal arm through the elastic section and it is also possible to increase lateral rigidity of the pedal arm through the inelastic section.

  • Patent number: 9911991
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an air shut-off valve for a fuel cell system that can completely close an air passage (11) communicating with a cathode of a fuel cell stack, even though a butterfly-type valve is employed, upon the halt of operation of the fuel cell system, thereby greatly improving the durability of the fuel cell stack.

  • Patent number: 9169785
Abstract: An air cutoff valve (ACV) is provided. The full open state of the flap valve is maintained using the latchet which operates as the solenoid is turned on and off, so the restart performance is significantly enhanced as the air is quickly supplied by the ACV when the engine stops abnormally irrespective of a driver's intention, and since the ACV is made from a plastic material, the assembling process of the molding formation is simplified, so the unit cost for manufactures is reduced, and the corrosion phenomenon due to moisture can be prevented, and the operation reliability can be enhanced.
