The method includes, if an Inquiry Response (IR) packet is received as a response to an inquiry packet, obtaining information on a first Bluetooth device transmitting the IR packet and determining whether a supplementary response indication field is enabled and, if the supplementary response indication field is enabled, receiving an Extended Inquiry Response (EIR) packet, and obtaining information on at least one Bluetooth device other than the first Bluetooth device through the EIR packet.

In detail, a new operation is defined between a client and a server, wherein the client receives a total number of folder lists items from the server, and the server receives a displayable number of folder lists items from the client. Thereafter, the client pulls folder lists items corresponding to the displayable number defined by the client from among the total folder lists items using packets such as start, forward, backward, and end.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method of estimating a surface temperature of an ultrasound probe having a plurality of transducer elements and a surface, involving: a) establishing a temperature rise function of the surface of the ultrasound probe due to a single active transducer element; b) selecting one of the transducer elements; c) applying a single transmission pulse signal to the selected transducer element such that the selected transducer element operates once; d) measuring a temperature rise of the surface of the ultrasound probe at predetermined positions on the surface thereof; e) completing the temperature rise function based on the measured temperature rise; and f) estimating a temperature rise of the surface of the ultrasound probe based on the temperature rise function.

    Abstract: For stereo matching, edge images are extracted from stereo images. An edge mask matching an edge form of a window relating to a reference edge pixel is searched for from among predefined edge masks mapped to predefined edge forms capable of appearing within a predetermined size window having a center of the reference edge pixel among edge pixels of a reference edge image of the edge images. Among edge pixels of a search edge image of the edge images, an edge pixel located at a center of a window having an edge form matching the searched edge mask is searched for and is set to a corresponding edge pixel mapped to a corresponding point with respect to the reference edge pixel. Among the edge pixels of the reference edge image, the reference edge pixel is used to currently search for the corresponding edge pixel from the search edge image.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for controlling a background music (BGM) play operation is disclosed. The method determines if a predetermined hotkey is pressed during the BGM play operation and, if pressed, a BGM play control box is displayed while maintaining the state of an ongoing main operation. Function mapping of a series of predetermined keys is then changed. If determined that the predetermined key is pressed for control of the BGM play operation, the BGM play operation is controlled according to the mapped function of the pressed key. The BGM play control operation can be adjusted using the predetermined hotkey without converting the BGM play operation into the main operation.
