Using curcumin and ginsenoids according to the present invention in combination with butyric acid and sucralfate restores cell growth, mobility, and endothelial cell tube-forming by ability reduced irradiation, and inhibits an inflammatory response induced in macrophages by LPS treatment. In addition, it was confirmed that, when an irradiated mouse is topically treated with the formulation according to the present invention comprising the compounds, intestinal epithelial tissue damaged by irradiation is restored and the expression of inflammatory cytokines in the intestinal tissue is suppressed. Furthermore, a mixture of a ginseng extract and a turmeric extract also restored the intestinal epithelial tissue damaged by irradiation.
