    Abstract: Disclosed is a system and method for supporting viewing of Internet broadcasts, providing a program download service to link users to the Internet broadcasting stations, and it enables the users to freely download various programs and execute the collected programs. In sending a program to a user terminal, a part of the data constituting the program is removed and the rest is arranged in a changed order lest the user executes the downloaded program without a specific executive program and an editing code. To execute the collected programs on the user terminal, the user must have access to the broadcast system to gain approval for the use of the programs and receive an editing code for restoration of the data structure of the programs. The user also receives a taken-away part of the program data and executes the downloaded programs using a specific executive program on the user terminal.
