Abstract: The present invention relates to a green sheet and method of manufacturing the same, and a method of manufacturing a plasma display panel. According to the present invention, a black matrix layer and an electrode layer are formed on a substrate at the same time by once laminating a film in which the black matrix layer and the electrode layer are formed. In accordance with a method of manufacturing a plasma display panel according to the present invention, the number of a lamination process can be reduced, the consumption of a base film and a cover film can be reduced, and a possibility that fail may occur during a lamination process can be reduced.
