Abstract: A monitoring unit for measuring, in real time, the power of an EUV beam transmitted to a substrate and a substrate treating apparatus including the monitoring unit. The substrate treating apparatus comprising a source which generates an EUV beam, a scanner which transfers a mask pattern to a substrate by using the EUV beam, and a monitoring unit which comprises a detector for detecting the EUV beam and monitoring the power of the EUV beam in real time, wherein the detector is disposed on a path along which the EUV beam passes through a first mirror assembly provided in the scanner and moves to a reticle on which the mask pattern is formed.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an isolated anti-FcRN antibody, which is an antibody binding to FcRN (stands for neonatal Fc receptor, also called FcRP, FcRB or Brambell receptor) that is a receptor with a high affinity for IgG or a fragment thereof, a method of preparing thereof, a composition for treating autoimmune disease, which comprises the antibody, and a method of treating and diagnosing autoimmunre diseases using the antibody. The FcRn-specific antibody according to the present disclosure binds to FcRn non-competitively with IgG to reduce serum pathogenic auto-antibody levels, and thus can be used for the treatment of autoimmune diseases.

A method of providing CA information by using a CA information server, includes receiving a request for the CA information on a content, from an Internet Protocol television (IPTV); searching for CA information on the content; and transmitting the found CA information to the IPTV. A method of using CA information when an IPTV reproduces a content not having the CA information, according to the present invention, includes transmitting a request for CA information, to a CA information server; receiving the CA information from the CA information server; analyzing the CA information; and applying the CA information.
