    Abstract: A multilayer capacitor includes a body including a plurality of dielectric layers and a plurality of internal electrodes stacked in a first direction, and external electrodes, wherein the body includes an active portion, a side margin portion covering at least one of a first surface and a second surface of the active portion opposing each other in a second direction, and a cover portion covering the active portion in the first direction, respective dielectric layers among the plurality of dielectric layers include a barium titanate-based composition, the dielectric layer of the side margin portion includes Sn, and a content of Sn in the dielectric layer of the side margin portion is different from that of Sn in the dielectric layer of the active portion, and the dielectric layer of the side margin portion includes at least some grains having a core-shell structure.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a reasoning method based on a structural attention mechanism for knowledge-based question answering and a computing apparatus for performing the reasoning method. The reasoning method includes: recognizing one or more entities in a query including content and a question, and linking the recognized entities to a knowledge base; constructing a question hypergraph and a query-aware knowledge hypergraph by performing a multi-hop graph walk on a question graph and the knowledge base; and inferring a correct answer to the question by applying as attention mechanism to a query hyperedge and a knowledge hyperedge included in the question hypergraph and the query-aware knowledge hypergraph, respectively.

The screen overlay device overlays a menu and cursor on a screen, and includes a pointing device wireless transmitter for transmitting an infrared (IR) signal corresponding to a key-input and the movement of a pointing device; an IR signal receiver/amplifier; a controller for calculating cursor coordinates corresponding to the movement of the pointing device in response to the amplified signal and outputting on-screen display (OSD) data related to the menu; an overlay unit for receiving the OSD data and cursor coordinates and generating a corresponding RGB signal in synchronization with horizontal and vertical sync signals; and an RGB synthesizer for synthesizing the RGB signal generated by the overlay using an external RGB signal in synchronization with the horizontal and vertical sync signals.

    Abstract: A remote control method and apparatus thereof performs the remote control of electrical appliances using control menus corresponding to functions of the electrical appliances, which are displayed on a television screen and selected by using a trackball installed on the remote control apparatus. The remote control system includes a remote controller and an electrical appliance. The remote control includes trackball, a trackball movement sensor, a shift value data storage, a data generator, a control commander and a transmitter. The appliance includes a receiver, a menu display, a menu display information storage, a cursor display, and a menu contents execution unit. Thus, the operation of electrical appliances is made more user friendly. The present invention also reduces the complexity and difficulty of operating a remote controller by reducing the number of keys on a remote controller.
