Further, the present invention relates to an oral vaccine for preventing avian influenza virus, of which mass-production conditions are established, and thus the produced transgenic plant can be more easily, safely, and economically used as a fodder additive. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a reagent for diagnosing avian influenza virus infection, prepared by isolating and purifying a recombinant antigen protein from the transgenic plant.
