    Abstract: The present invention relates to an identification polymer label for inspection and maintenance of parts and an identification method using the same. The present invention provides a durable polymer material label including: a color change layer matrix containing a resin in which a hydrophilic polymer and a hydrophobic polymer are crosslinked; and a pigment layer matrix containing an aqueous pigment in the resin. Due to the stability against discoloration, moisture resistance, and durability of the color change layer matrix and the pigment layer matrix, the polymer label is effective for long-term identification of production information, and waterlogging thereof may be identified. Due to the aqueous fluorescent pigment contained in the pigment layer matrix, even when the identification label is attached to a dark place or and a deep portion or even at night, it may be visually recognized by visual inspection or optical detection.
