The operating modes include first, second and third operating modes, responsive to the input voltage satisfying first, second and third voltage set points, respectively. In the first operating mode, the first set of LEDs is illuminated and the second set of LEDs is off. In the second operating mode, the first set of LEDs is off and the second set of LEDs is illuminated.
