  • Publication number: 20240053298
Abstract: A centering assembly for an eddy current probe includes a foot element having a plurality of resilient cantilevered legs projecting radially about a central aperture and an adjustment element moveable relative to the foot element for exerting a radial force on the plurality of resilient cantilevered legs. Movement of the adjustment element allows an outside diameter of the plurality of resilient cantilevered legs to be maintained consistent as the plurality of resilient cantilevered legs are worn down during use.

  • Patent number: 11634958
Abstract: A downhole tool having a mandrel, and a bottom slip disposed around the mandrel. The bottom slip includes a circular body having a one-piece configuration characterized by a plurality of slip segments by at least partial material connectivity therearound. The bottom slip is made of a filament wound composite material, which means the bottom slip has a plurality of layers joined by respective interface layers. An outer slip surface of at least one of the plurality of slip segments is defined in cross-section by a plane P that intersects a longitudinal axis of the downhole tool at an angle a1 when the bottom slip is in an unset position.

  • Publication number: 20220366348
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for determining true utilization based on productive behaviors of operators in a digital environment. One of the methods includes automatically determining productivity for each of multiple users of an organization. Timing data for a user is received that indicates available work time for the user. Interaction data is received for the user for interactions by the user during the available work time for the user. Productivity rules for an organization of the user are received that define productivity of interactions by users of the organization. Productivity of interactions of the user is determined based on the interaction data and the productivity rules. True utilization for the user is determined based on the productivity of the interactions and the timing data. Action data is generated based on the determined true utilization action is taken based on the action data.

  • Patent number: 11499941
Abstract: A flexible eddy current probe for non-destructive testing of a metallic object may include one or more plus-point coils and a flexible printed circuit having first and second parallel sides, third and fourth parallel sides, and a number of adjacent strips. The strips have first and second ends that are contiguous with the first and second parallel sides, respectively. Each of the strips may contain a pair of coils oriented along the length of the strip, a first coil being proximate to the first end and a second coil being proximate to the second end, and each of the coils is configured to excite an eddy current in the metal object or to sense an eddy current. Each of the strips may also be independently flexible from one another. The eddy current sensor array is configured to be scanned over the metal object.

  • Publication number: 20220318319
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for determining focus events. One of the methods includes determining time spent by a user. A sequence of events occurring in multiple software services being accessed by a user is tracked. The sequence of events includes one or more events from each case of a group of cases handled by the user. Using information extracted from one or more interactions of the user with at least one service, focus events are determined that identify which case in the group of cases is being worked on by the user at various points in time, each focus event having a focus event duration. Using the extracted information, each focus event of the focus events is assigned to a particular case. A total period of time spent by the user on the particular case is determined based on a sum of focus events durations for the focus events assigned to the particular case.
