    Abstract: The techniques disclosed herein enable systems to translate three-dimensional experiences into user accessible experiences to improve accessibility for users with disabilities. Namely, the discussed system enables users with disabilities to create and personalize objects for use in the three-dimensional experience. This is accomplished by translating and grouping components from a three-dimensional space to form an intuitive and logical hierarchy. The grouped components are then organized into an accessible user interface which a user with disabilities can navigate using simplified inputs and assistive technologies. In this way, users with disabilities can be empowered to personalize their user experience and understand a three-dimensional space in a layered, well-defined format.

    Abstract: A microfluidic device capable of trapping contents in a manner suitable for high-throughput imaging is described herein. The microfluidic device may include one or more trapping devices, with each trapping device having a plurality of trapping channels. The trapping channels may be configured to receive contents via an inlet channel that connects a sample reservoir to the trapping channels via fluid communication. The trapping channels are shaped such that contents within the trapping channels are positioned for optimal imaging purposes. The trapping channels are also connect to at least one exit channel via fluid communication. The fluid, and contents within the fluid, maybe controlled via hydraulic pressure.

    Abstract: A ground assembly for movable member includes an electrical ground connection that does not interfere with the movement and operation of the movable member. The movable member can be a sliding member, such as a sliding barrier, gate or closure member. In one embodiment, the ground assembly includes an electrical connector that moves relative to a fixed electrical grounding member. The electrical connector is fixed to the movable member and movable relative to the grounding member. The electrical connector moves along a length of the grounding member while maintaining contact with the electrical grounding member to provide a continuous grounding connection during movement of the movable member. In one embodiment, the fixed electrical grounding member is oriented with a longitudinal length parallel to the direction of movement of the movable member where the electrical connector of the movable member moves or slides along the length of the fixed electrical grounding member.
