Abstract: A beverage container assembly is provided comprising a beverage container body, a stopper member removably attachable to the beverage container to seal a beverage container aperture thereof, and a thermal insulation member removably attachable to an upper body portion of the beverage container body. The thermal insulation member has a sidewall extending downwardly from an upper portion and defining a downwardly opening cavity within which the upper body portion and the stopper are positioned. The sidewall and the upper portion of the thermal insulation member each include an inner wall and an outer wall spaced apart from the inner wall. An insulation chamber is disposed between the inner and outer walls. The thermal insulation member includes an engagement portion adapted to engage with a corresponding engagement portion of the upper body portion to removably attach the thermal insulation member thereto.

Abstract: A percolator for brewing a heated beverage has a percolator main body and a handle having a handle body and a flexible removable grip. An inner wall of the removable grip defines a handle cavity to enclose a lengthwise extending portion of the handle body. A first edge and a second edge of the removable grip extend from a grip first end to a grip second end along the length of the removable grip. The first edge and the second edge are separable from each other to define a gap through which the handle body may be selectively inserted into the handle cavity and withdrawn from the handle cavity.

Abstract: A beverage container is provided having a container main body and a handle portion attached thereto. The container main body has an upper portion with an aperture, a lower sidewall extending downwardly from the aperture, and an upper sidewall having a substantially cylindrical shape extending upwardly from the upper portion. The handle portion includes a grip portion, an attachment collar disposed on an upper handle portion, and a lower handle portion fastened to the container main body by a fastening member. The attachment collar may have an annular or curved shape that snugly fits around the upper sidewall of the container main body to attach the upper handle portion to the container main body.

Abstract: A beverage container provided with a thermal regulation member having a sidewall extending through a beverage cavity of a container main body. The thermal regulation member contains an energy storage material that receives, stores, and transmits heat energy to and from a beverage in the beverage cavity to regulate its temperature. The energy storage material may initially absorb energy from a heated beverage having a temperature too hot for drinking, then transfers heat energy back into the beverage as it cools, keeping it within a comfortable temperature range for an extended period of time. The thermal regulation member may be selectively attachable to a stopper assembly that seals an upper opening of the beverage cavity. Alternatively, laterally extending attachment members may attach the thermal regulation member directly to a wall of the beverage cavity.

Abstract: A lid assembly is provided comprising a lid main body and a lid valve subassembly removably attachable to the lid main body. The lid main body includes an upper portion having a drinking aperture and a first attachment element positioned below the upper portion in a lid cavity. The lid valve subassembly includes a subassembly main body, a sealing member, and an attachment collar rotatably attached to the subassembly main body. The attachment collar may be rotatable about an axis of rotation relative to the subassembly main body to selectively transition the lid assembly between an integrated configuration with the lid valve subassembly secured to the lid main body and a cleaning configuration with the lid valve subassembly separated from the lid main body. A second attachment element on the lid valve subassembly may engage with the first attachment element to releasable secure the lid assembly in the integrated configuration.

Abstract: A lid assembly including a camming lever and a sealing member for selectively sealing and unsealing a drinking aperture of a lid main body. The camming lever is rotatably to selectively move the sealing member between a sealed position adjacent to and an unsealed position spaced apart from the drinking aperture. The camming lever includes a lever arm extending from two cams having a cam axle extending therebetween. The cam axle is pivotally attached to the sealing member, which is pivotally attached to the lid main body. The cams engage an upper surface of the lid main body. A stub axle extends laterally outward from each cam and engages a ledge which limiting upward movement of the cams.
