  • Patent number: 12578164
Abstract: A firearm stock includes a stock body slidably mounted on a beam. A lever attached to the stock body can be moved between a locked position and at least one unlocked position, where operating the lever moves a locking mechanism between locked and unlocked positions. For example, when the lever is in a first unlocked position, the locking mechanism permits longitudinal adjustment of the stock body along the beam. When the lever is in a second unlocked position the locking mechanism permits the stock body to be slidably removed from the beam. In one example, the lower portion of the stock body defines a plurality of cam pathways for pins that secure the lever to the stock body. Forward cam pathways permit either a pivoting movement about the rear pin or a downward and forward shifting movement.

  • Patent number: 12576341
Abstract: A transformable toy kit for use on a support surface is provided. The transformable toy kit includes a transformable toy which has a movable housing element that moves between retracted and expanded positions when a catch and a latch of the transformable toy are secured and released by an actuator of the transformable toy, respectively. The transformable toy further includes a shaft assembly including a shaft rotatably mounted within the housing, and a flywheel mounted to the shaft, which includes a gear. The kit includes a ripcord member that is insertable into an access aperture in the housing to engage with the gear. The ripcord member is pullable once inserted into the access aperture so as to drive rotation of the flywheel, thereby driving spinning of the transformable toy.

  • Publication number: 20260055984
Abstract: A suppressor for a firearm has a tubular housing extending along a bore axis from a proximal end to a distal end. A baffle stack within the hollow tubular housing extends along the bore axis and includes a tubular baffle wall with a plurality of baffle structures connected to an inside of the tubular baffle wall. The suppressor defines an inner volume inside of the tubular baffle wall and an outer volume between the tubular baffle wall and the hollow tubular housing. Flow-directing structures in the outer volume include pairs of diverging vanes and pairs of converging vanes. A conduit between adjacent baffle structures defines a gas flow pathway in a radially outer portion of the inner volume and defines an opening located between the adjacent baffle structures to direct gas flow across the bore axis.

A baffle stack within the hollow tubular housing extends along the bore axis and includes a tubular baffle wall with a plurality of baffle structures connected to an inside of the tubular baffle wall, where individual baffle structures taper proximally to a central opening on the bore axis.

  • Publication number: 20240288242
Abstract: A suppressor baffle has a baffle body having an annular shape and extending axially along a central axis from a proximal end to a distal end. A tapered wall expands in size moving distally along the central axis. The tapered wall defines a projectile opening at a proximal end and connects at a distal end to the baffle body. Vanes on an outside of the tapered wall are arranged to provide a tightening torque in response to combustion gases flowing axially and colliding with the suppressor baffle. The suppressor baffle can be arranged as a blast baffle in a baffle stack or part of a suppressor assembly.

  • Patent number: 11870709
Abstract: Various embodiments are directed to techniques for dynamically adjusting a maximum rate of throughput for accessing data stored within a volume of storage space of a storage cluster system based on the amount of that data that is stored within that volume. An apparatus includes an access component to monitor an amount of client data stored within a volume defined within a storage device coupled to a first node, and to perform a data access command received from a client device via a network to alter the client data stored within the volume; and a policy component to limit a rate of throughput at which at least the client data within the volume is exchanged as part of performance of the data access command to a maximum rate of throughput, and to calculate the maximum rate of throughput based on the stored amount.

  • Patent number: 11280571
Abstract: A flash hider is configured to reduce a firearm's visible signature. The flash hider extends along a central axis from a proximal end to a distal end. The proximal end defines a central opening to an expanding central volume of a first flash hider portion. One or more outer volumes are located radially outside of the central volume and can be part of first and/or second flash hider portions. When the outer volumes are part of the first flash hider portion, the outer volumes can communicate with the central volume. Optionally, a second flash hider portion includes one or more gas passageways located radially outside of the central volume. For example, gas passageways are interspersed circumferentially with outer volumes of the first flash hider portion, where the gas passageways are isolated from first flash hider portion and receive gas flows via vent openings in the outer wall.
