Abstract: An apparatus for gathering intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance [ISR] in a hostile environment. The apparatus may be generally cylindrical to blend in with the environment, particularly with indicia which are visible to people viewing the apparatus. The apparatus may have a tinted skin which does not allow viewers to see inside. Inside the apparatus are one or more sensors which gather the ISR. The sensors may be disposed on a payload delivery mechanism having a first, retracted position inside the hollow body and extending outwardly through a port to a second position to deliver a payload to a hostile target. The sensor may be separable from the apparatus or may remain internal to the apparatus.
