  • Publication number: 20240135302
Abstract: A building system including one or more storage devices storing instructions thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to ingest information associated with a physical asset of a building, the physical asset being an indoor air quality device. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to cause a graphical model of the building to include a heat map of one of infection risk or particulate concentration overlaid onto a floor of the graphical model based on the information. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to generate a building layout recommendation based on the heat map of the one of the infection risk or the particulate concentration. The instructions further cause the one or more processors to cause a display device of a user device to display the graphical model including the heat map and the building layout recommendation within a user interface.

  • Patent number: 11958361
Abstract: A military vehicle includes an engine, an energy storage system, an accessory drive coupled to the engine and including an air compressor and a first motor, a second motor coupled to an axle, and a clutch positioned between the engine and the second motor. The clutch is spring-biased into engagement with the engine and pneumatically disengaged by an air supply selectively provided thereto based on operation of the air compressor. In an engine mode, (i) the clutch does not receive the air supply such that the engine is coupled to the second motor and (ii) the engine drives (a) the accessory drive and (b) the axle through the second motor. In the electric mode, (i) the first motor drives the air compressor to compress air to facilitate supplying the air supply to the clutch to disengage the clutch and decouple the engine from the second motor and (ii) the second motor drives the axle.

  • Patent number: 11930746
Abstract: This invention is a hydroponic appliance that allows users to grow sufficient yields of fresh produce with relatively little maintenance. The appliance incorporates multiple features required for hydroponic plant cultivation into a plug-and-play system with a feedback loop to manage optimal growing conditions, comprising a growing area, a processor, a mixing chamber, and, in embodiments, more than one reservoir. In aspects, the grow area is divided between two or more reservoirs allowing users to stratify their crops or plant different crop types simultaneously. The apparatus and associated method provide the overall system with increased versatility, including removing aspects of day-to-day maintenance. The system automatically regulates the environment in response to various sensor readings. This includes automatically regulating the temperature, humidity, carbon dioxide level, pH level, and/or nutrient concentration. Accordingly, the plants have more optimum conditions for growth.

  • Publication number: 20230113386
Abstract: An online concierge system maintains a taxonomy associating one or more specific items offered by a warehouse with a generic item description. When the online concierge system receives a request to create an order from a user, the online concierge system selects a set of generic item descriptions from previously received orders and displays depictions of each generic item of the set to the user via an interface. In response to the user selecting a generic item description, the online concierge system identifies specific items associated with the selected generic item description from the taxonomy. Different identified specific items are displayed via the interface, for example as a scrollable list, allowing the user to select specific items for an order via the interface after selecting one or more generic item descriptions via the interface.
