Abstract: A replacement roof top and bracketry for use with a vehicle includes a transparent panel having a generally flat middle portion and curved outer portion(s). The panel comprises one or more attachment mechanisms to facilitate attachment of the assembly to a vehicle. The assembly provides UV protection and is insulated such that the heat from the sun is minimized. The assembly is durable and can withstand temperatures ranging from ?200 degrees Fahrenheit to 150 degrees Fahrenheit as well as withstand hurricane-like wind speeds. The panel is configured to fit snugly with the vehicle such that the assembly is weather-resistant.

Abstract: A pickup full of gear doesn't have to be a jumbled mess. A modular, lightweight load-carrying system is custom engineered to fit directly onto a tailgate using the existing OEM mounting points of the vehicle. The rack systems allow drivers of the vehicle to keep gear organized, easily accessible, and secure.
