  • Publication number: 20160091491
Abstract: A diagnostic test for celiac disease is disclosed. In particular, the invention relates to a method of diagnosing celiac disease by detecting activated, gut-bound CD8+ alpha-beta T lymphocytes and gamma-delta T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of a subject who has consumed gluten for one to three days.
