  • Publication number: 20230029172
Abstract: A transaction service acquires information pertaining to transactions between a user and respective ecommerce systems, and shipments associated with the transactions (the shipments handled by respective carriers). The transaction service generates an aggregated transaction dataset comprising information pertaining to a plurality of transactions. The aggregated transaction dataset may comprise an aggregation of transaction data extracted from a plurality of different data sources (each data source having a different configuration). The aggregated transaction dataset is displayed in a graphical user interface, such that the graphical user interface comprises visual representations of transactions spanning a plurality of different vendors and/or a plurality of different carriers.

  • Patent number: 11187660
Abstract: Compounds and methods for determining transmembrane potential, monitoring changes in transmembrane potential, and/or drug screening are provided. In one aspect, compounds of the invention have a structure according to the formula: E-M-A, wherein A is a fluorophore, selected from xanthenes, coumarins, cyanines, bimanes, and difuloroboradizaindacenes, charged at physiological pH; M is a molecular wire; and E is a hydrophobic moiety, wherein A and E are capable of being involved in a photo-induced, intramolecular electron transfer that quenches the fluorescence of A in response to a voltage condition. When in use, compounds of the invention are membrane-impermeant and oriented within the cell membrane such that the charged moiety localizes at the outer leaflet of the lipid bilayer and the hydrophobic moiety and molecular wire associate with the hydrophobic portion of the lipid bilayer.

  • Publication number: 20130325501
Abstract: Systems, apparatus, methods, and articles of manufacture may provide for improved health care compliance. Embodiments may comprise, for example, identifying an occurrence of an event associated with the taking of a substance by a patient, determining output information associated with a game, and providing the output information to the patient. Some embodiments may comprise receiving a code associated with a patient, wherein the code includes encoded information that is indicative of an occurrence of an event associated with the taking of a substance by a patient, decoding the code to determine the information, determining whether the occurrence of the event is compliant with a condition associated with the taking of the substance, and providing, in the case that compliance with the condition is determined, one or more rewards to the patient.

  • Patent number: 8591307
Abstract: Systems, apparatus, methods and articles of manufacture provide for the distribution of a payout amount associated with a lottery ticket being conditioned or otherwise based on the payout amount. Some embodiments provide for determining a positive payout amount associated with a lottery ticket and determining at least one recipient and/or beneficiary of the positive payout amount based on (i) the positive payout amount and/or (ii) a recipient or beneficiary associated with the lottery ticket and/or the payout amount. In one embodiment, larger prizes (e.g., a jackpot prize, a prize greater than a predetermined threshold payout amount) are awarded to the player(s) of a virtual lottery ticket (e.g., shared by the players), and smaller prizes are distributed to a charitable organization (e.g., other than any of the players) selected by one or more players of the lottery ticket.

  • Patent number: 8136133
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for broadcasting a modified live media feed of an event. In an embodiment, the method includes receiving a live media feed at a broadcast computer from one or more recording devices, wherein the live media feed includes real time occurrences of a live event. The live media feed is broadcast after a predetermined delay, and the method includes identifying, during monitoring of the live event, a portion of the live event that is suitable for application of a modification effect. The process also includes the broadcast computer applying the modification effect to a portion of the live media feed corresponding to the identified portion of the live event, and then broadcasting the modified live media feed.

  • Publication number: 20090262137
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for presenting prediction in a broadcast. In an embodiment, the method includes receiving, by a prediction graphic generator, at least one of telemetry data, situational data, or historical data. The prediction graphic generator then determines a prediction based on at least two of the telemetry data, the situational data, or the historical data, and generates a prediction overlay based on the prediction. The prediction overlay is output to a broadcast computer, where it is combined with a live broadcast to generate an enhanced broadcast. The broadcast computer then broadcasts the enhanced broadcast.
