  • Publication number: 20080153699
Abstract: The present invention generally provides a copying system, preferably for a personal calendar system, whereby notes can be transferred from a notepad to a single sheet of the calendar by writing the information while the note sheet is positioned on the calendar sheet. A separator or other backing board is not needed to ensure that the information is not transferred to additional calendar pages in the stack of calendar pages. In one embodiment the calendar sheets have a first surface and a second surface, the first surface having carbonless developer material thereon. Conversely, the notepad sheets have a first surface and a second surface, the second surface having a carbonless color-former material thereon. Additionally, the notepad sheets have a removable and repositionable pressure sensitive adhesive on at least a portion of the second surface thereof.

  • Publication number: 20080141476
Abstract: An oral care implement has an interactive display that displays images representing oral care regions of the mouth. The user can interact with the display by playing a game, which can relate to oral care. An oral care implement has a plurality of lighted segments that can be sequentially illuminated to indicate a recommended brushing sequence. The lighted segments can be shaped and/or labeled to indicate particular oral care regions of the mouth.

  • Publication number: 20070192976
Abstract: A toothbrush includes a storage unit having an input, a memory for storing audio signals received via the input. The unit can have an output for transmitting or playing the stored audio signals. A variety of different constructions of storage unit and toothbrush configurations are described, each creating an environment that makes tooth brushing enjoyable.

  • Publication number: 20060097030
Abstract: A document storage device having a cover and a layer of material coupled to the cover. The cover and the layer of material together define a pocket assembly configured to receive an indicator sheet. The pocket assembly includes a window configured to permit viewing of at least a portion of the indicator sheet through the otherwise generally opaque pocket assembly. The window extends substantially to an edge of the cover.

  • Publication number: 20050046211
Abstract: An improved coffee press structure is provided wherein the container has transparent side wall portions that are associated with top and bottom caps and an intermediate cage structure. Upper and lower band portions of the cage structure are associated with a handle upper end portion and with a link member, respectively. The link member is pivotable relative to either the handle lower end portion or the lower band portion and is spring biased so that when in a normally closed position, the link member closes the gap between the handle lower end portion and the lower band portion. The press structure also provides two different embodiments of a plunger assembly for association with the container mouth. The plunger assembly embodiments both include a handle, a piston and a rod; and the plunger assembly can remain in place after brewing and during brew dispensing from the container.

  • Publication number: 20050045634
Abstract: A removable and reusable cap for a container is provided. The cap has a platform portion and peripherally associated upstanding and downwardly extending portions, and a depression is defined across the platform portion. In the depression, a dispensing aperture and preferably a vent are defined which are opened and closed by a closure plate that is received within the depression and that has a proximal end which is pivotably associated with the depression. The distal end of the closure plate is pivotally associated with a pull ring that is biased into association with the closure plate and that is nestably received in the closure plate, but that has a finger associatable apex region. When the pull ring is pivoted upwardly, the closure plate is pivoted and the dispensing aperture and vent are opened, preferably the vent before the dispensing aperture.

  • Publication number: 20050046210
Abstract: An end openable handle structure is provided for association with an object, such as a container or the like. The handle structure includes an elongated arm for hand grasping, a leg for supporting the arm at one end, and a bridging link for extending between the other or open arm end and an object to which the leg is attached. One end of the bridging link is attached pivotably to either the open arm end or to the object. The other end of the bridging link either abuts against the other one of either the object or the open arm end, thereby closing the bridging link handle structure, or pivots to an spaced, gap defining position relative to the closed position. Stop means limits travel of the bridging link beyond the closed position, and spring biasing means yieldingly urges the bridging link into the closed position.
