Abstract: The present invention relates to the technological field of compressors and components and/or devices for compressors. Problem to be solved: The current state of the art includes cooling system of dual evaporation and/or dual suction. On the solutions already existing, the selection of one among the two evaporation/suction lines is done by high complexity constructive mechanisms. Problem resolution: The invention in question aims to simplify the construction of a selection mean of one among two evaporation/suction lines. For so, is revealed a suction acoustic filter for reciprocating compressor which integrates an automatic valve coupled to the inlet way of the suction acoustic filter and a valve of a way is coupled to the inlet way of the suction acoustic filter, being said automatic valve and said valve of a way acting selectively reciprocating, where the valve opening of a way ends up opening the automatic valve.

Abstract: An arrangement for a valve assembly in a positive displacement compressor. The arrangement has a structure for vane-type valve assembly including at least one seating plane and at least one sealing plane, wherein both are angularly out of alignment from one another, where the seating plane is defined at a first angle and the sealing plane is defined at a second angle.

Abstract: The present invention refers to a reciprocating compressor provided with an arrangement of suction valves and, more particularly, a reciprocating compressor which, capable of operating with at least two suction lines having different working pressures, is made up of an arrangement of valves comprising including at least two “orifice valve” sets. One of these sets provides a semi-commanded valve, whereas the other set provides an automatic valve. The core of the invention is related to the fact that said “orifice valve” sets are disposed on different components of the reciprocating compressor.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a reciprocating compressor able to operate with two separate pressure suction lines provided with a suction valves arrangement and, more particularly, to a suction valves arrangement whose suction valves have different thicknesses. In particular, at least one semi-commanded suction valve has a thickness greater than the thickness of at least one automatic suction valve. The present invention belongs to the field of fluid compressors.

Abstract: Constructive disposition introduced in reciprocating compressor suction valve, whose moving parameters of elastic flexion area and, therefore, sealing end are mainly defined by specific geometries and dimensions of the own flexible segment of suction valve. Furthermore, the stiffness coefficient and natural frequency of flexible segment of suction valve are also defined from specific geometries and dimensions of the own flexible segment of suction valve, without being necessary to alter the material or thickness of metallic blade where the suction valve is defined.

Abstract: Discharge valve arrangement applied in a hermetic compressor used, for example, in household refrigeration systems including a valve plate closing an end of a compression cylinder and provided with suction and discharge orifices contained within the inner contour of the axial projection of the compression cylinder, said suction orifice occupying an annular sector external to the axial projection of a discharge orifice and being closed by a flexible suction vane having a bending median portion. The valve plate is provided with a plurality of discharge orifices distributed in at least one of the regions defined externally and internally to the contour of the flexible suction vane, each discharge orifice provided internally to the contour of the flexible suction vane being axially aligned with a respective through opening provided in said bending median portion.
