  • Patent number: 9777480
Abstract: The present set of inventions relates to the field of building and in particular to building constructions and to processes for manufacturing building constructions comprising tensioned and non-tensioned tendons and can be used to construct residential, public and office buildings and constructions as well as for reconditioning or restoring the same. The technical result consists of the provision of relatively long-extended constructions or complicated shape constructions working as a single pre-tensioned construction and characterized by high carrying capacity, stability and rigidity.

  • Patent number: 9667305
Abstract: A receiver-transmitter includes active two-face phased arrays comprising transmit-receive modules. Each module includes two radiating elements, a transmitter, two receivers, two isolator switches, mixers and a phase shifter. The two-face phased arrays are either unidimensional or two-dimensional. The arrays are arranged in the horizontal plane at an angle of 75-105° to each other while keeping the capability of all-around looking. The transmit-receive module is provided with an additional phase shifter. Each phase shifter can be permanently connected, via a selector switch, to one of the receivers or to the transmitter, and the transmitter is connected, via a switch and circulators, to the radiating elements. Alternatively, each phase shifter can be connected to the radiating elements with the use of different frequencies and/or with the use of a different signal coding, corresponding to different frequencies and coding of the receivers receiving mode.

  • Publication number: 20160049987
Abstract: The present invention relates to the technology of active phased arrays (APA) and can find a wide application to build radar stations for mobile or stationary objects as well as communications and hydroacoustic systems. The technical result obtained with the use of the present invention consists in the increase of energy potential and of efficiency as well as in the cost reduction of a radar system or of a communications system while keeping all-around looking, in the increase of the scanning area in the vertical plane, in the provision of the capability to form fully independent beams in opposite directions and in the absence of shaded sectors.

  • Publication number: 20140326903
Abstract: The invention relates to antenna design and may be used in a variety of devices operating within a wide waveband range, including visible, UV, IR, shortwave, UHF, VHF, and other wavebands. The technical effect achieved by the present invention is making the device multifunctional, small, durable, economical, and efficient. The above technical effect is achieved in a multipurpose energy concentrator comprising a reflector and a radiation source or receiver, wherein the reflector is at least a part of the surface of a solid of revolution, and the radiation source or receiver is a distributed system of active or passive elements, respectively, positioned at an identical distance from the reflector equal to between 0.3 and 0.5 of the radius of curvature thereof.

  • Publication number: 20140318531
Abstract: The present invention relates to solar-energy engineering and can find application in solar power plants of the kind of “tracking saucer”, “pan” and “solar tower” and in other similar systems. The technical result obtained by the application of the present invention consists to improve the accessibility of the technology, to simplify the adjustment and to avoid existing strict limitations as to the size of the mirror system. Said technical result is achieved thanks to the fact that a device for concentrating energy comprising a main concentrator and an energy converter comprises an additional concentrator mounted in the focal zone of the main concentrator, the energy converter being mounted in the focal zone of the additional concentrator, whereas the additional concentrator is designed as a segment of a concave cylindrical or spherical surface.

  • Patent number: 8809816
Abstract: A multipurpose device for transmitting radiation from a source to an object comprises two antennas, each designed as a truncated segment of a spherical or cylindrical surface, a radiation source provided in the aperture plane of one of the antennas, and an object placed in the combined focal area of the two antennas. The antennas are positioned opposite one another at a distance of from 0.6 to double the radius of the spherical or cylindrical surface, and the radiation source is of a distributed type. The antenna design effectively concentrates radiation emitted by a distributed source on an object placed in the focal area of the antenna, providing greater efficiency of radiation transmission, the possibility of radiation power variation, a more uniform concentration of radiation, an increase in the volume of the focal area without replacing the radiation source, increased reliability of the system, and reduced power requirements.
