    Abstract: Ozone is produced from oxygen in an ozone generator and is separated from the unconverted oxygen in a pressure swing adsorber. The ozone drawn off from the pressure swing adsorber passes through an equalizing tank at least partially filled with silica gel before it is mixed with a flowing medium.
