  • Publication number: 20250100928
Abstract: The invention relates to a pozzolan mixture comprising between 5 and 80% of magnesium-iron solid solution silicates; between 5 and 80% of MgCOs X H20 where X=0-10; and between 2 and 30% of reactive silica; and having a free water content of at most 10% by total weight of mixture. The invention further relates to a method of making a cement slurry with a pozzolan mixture including the steps of: (i) reacting a magnesium-iron solid solution silicate with an acid and adding any extra magnesium-iron solid solution silicate to the products of the reaction to produce a pozzolan mixture comprising between 5 and 80% of magnesium-iron solid solution silicates: between 5 and 80% of MgCOs X H20, where X=0-10; between 2 and 30% of reactive silica: (ii) adding the products of step (i) to a slurry of cementitious material and water in a ratio of between 1:1.5 and 10:1 of cementitious material to the pozzolan mixture.

  • Patent number: 12209383
Abstract: A bucket portion is for a loading-machine bucket and has at least two bucket elements. One of the bucket elements has a cut-out. The bucket portion also has a torque element for absorbing shear forces in a screw connection, the torque element having a first side and an elevation protruding from the first side. The elevation has a base contour and a smaller top contour. A sloping face is between the base contour and the top contour. The elevation has a height axis which is perpendicular to the base contour. The elevation is positioned in a cut-out in the bucket element and receives the screw connection for the torque element to be attached to the bucket element. The torque element or the bucket element has an internally threaded portion for the screw connection, and connects a first respective bucket element with a second respective bucket element.

  • Patent number: 10132377
Abstract: An attachment arrangement for holding together end portions of a plurality of leaf springs of a leaf-spring compound used in a release system for soil-working implements includes a coupling element, a clamping bolt, a stop element, and a supporting element. The coupling element supports the end portions of the plurality of leaf springs. The clamping bolt attaches the end portions of the plurality of leaf springs to the coupling element. The supporting element creates a clearance to an inner leaf spring. The supporting element is positioned at least partially over a cut-out provided in the plurality of leaf springs.

  • Publication number: 20160245355
Abstract: An attachment arrangement (21) for a leaf-spring compound (2) used as a release system (1) especially for soil-working implements, the leaf-spring compound (2) including several leaf springs (215, 215?) with substantially identical ground plans, the leaf springs (215, 215?) being held together by an attachment arrangement (21) at either end portion (2153) of the leaf springs (215, 215?), each of the end portions (2153) of each leaf spring (215, 215?) abutting supportingly in a coupling element (211) and being attached to the coupling element (211) with a clamping bolt (212), a stop element (213) and a supporting element (214), the supporting element (214) creating a clearance to an inner leaf spring (215?) and being positioned at least partially over a cut-out (2152) in the leaf springs (215, 215?).
