Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods including a set of sensors configured to detect and measure physical properties in the form of a sensor data and transmit the sensor data to an external computing device; and the external computing device having a processor configured to: receive the sensor data; determine a set of one or more preventative exercises and one or more rehabilitative exercises for a user; determine a set of media content, where the determined set of media content includes one or more actions to be performed by a user; receive the sensor data and the user input corresponding to the one or more actions by the user; and determine one or more new actions to be performed by the user based on the received continual sensor data and the user input.
