  • Patent number: 5967530
Abstract: A roller skate has a magnetic apparatus, equipped with a rotary front wheel, four screw posts, and a wheel seat secured to the four screw posts via a fixing plate disposed at the top of the wheel seat. The wheel seat is equipped with a wheel shaft hole for a wheel shaft to be led there-through and a connecting tube communicating with the wheel shaft hole for a plastic screw rod be screwed up thereto. Both ends of the wheel shaft are engaged with a rolling wheel respectively and the middle periphery of the wheel shaft is milled with equidistant V-shaped magnetic grooves into which magnetic polarity is implanted at one vertical face respectively. A magnetic block of the same polarity as that of the V-shaped magnetic grooves is embedded at the interior of the plastic screw rod so that the force of repulsion is generated to trigger off the rotary movement of the wheel shaft which in turn will activate the rotation of the rolling wheels.

  • Patent number: 5868842
Abstract: An automatic glue spraying machine for screws, including a screw vibrator, a conveying device, a large asbestos board, a small asbestos board, a high frequency heater, an exhaustion radiating device, two glue sprayers, a glue powder vibrator, a glue powder recovering device, a resilient stopper plate, an arch inclined board and a conveying belt. The screws to be glued are placed in the screw vibrator, whereby the screw vibrator vibrates to upward move the screws along an inner spiral slope face of the screw vibrator into a guide way. The guide way serves to guide and advance the screws to a rotary disk of the conveying device with the screws hung on the peripheral notches thereof. When conveyed, inner retaining arch edges of the large and small asbestos boards serving to keep the screws attached to the periphery of the rotary disk.

  • Patent number: 5587018
Abstract: A fast spot gluing machine for screws is disclosed, having a vibrating body, a horizontal conveyor, a support board, a rubber wheel, a spot gluing plate, a speed-adjustable motor, a control circuit and a glue compressor. A spiral slope is disposed on an inner wall of the vibrating body, extending to a top of the vibrating body to connect with the horizontal conveyor. The support board is disposed at a rear portion of the horizontal conveyor and includes a base board and first and second upright boards. The control circuit is used to control rotational speed of the motor. The motor has a rotary shaft on which the rubber wheel is fitted. The first upright board is formed with an arcuate notch for partially receiving the rubber wheel and the second upright board is formed with an elongated adjusting slot. An adjusting screw formed with a through hole is disposed through elongated slot to engage the spot gluing plate.
