  • Patent number: 7778719
Abstract: A system, method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium for generating a code for a semiconductor manufacturing system are provided. A first code segment is derived from a customer code uniquely associated with a customer. At least one additional code segment is derived from at least one attribute selected for a semiconductor product ordered by the customer. A configure-to-service code is generated in a service guide system from the first code segment and the at least one additional code segment.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: December 13, 2006
Date of Patent: August 17, 2010
Assignee: Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company, Ltd.
Inventors: Edward C. K. Chen, Fa-Liang Wang, Hector Stuart Godley
  • Patent number: 7606724
Abstract: A demand dispatch system to provide stable fabrication loading. The system includes a risk database recording risk information for a demand and an allocation planning module. The allocation planning module receives the demand, divides the demand into a low risk demand and a high risk demand according to the risk information, and then determines an expected quantity for a fabrication. The allocation planning module dispatches parts of the low risk demand and the high risk demand to the fabrication according to the expected quantity and the risk information.

  • Patent number: 7164959
Abstract: A method of classifying demand for an allocation term. The inventive method first inputs demand data, order data, and supply data. The method then classifies the demand data into prioritized demand data according to the order data and the supply data. The method finally combines and outputs the first, second, and third priority demand data, and updates the supply data according to the first, second, and third demand data.

  • Publication number: 20050065960
Abstract: A system of data management. The system includes a data verification module, a data notation module, and a data management module. The data verification module verifies the data records according to the data correlations and produces verification results, each of which corresponds to a data record. The data notation module notes the verification results in the corresponding data records. The data management module manages the data records according to the verification results.
