    Abstract: Sole forming device includes a base, first mold, second mold, linkage mechanism, first and second shoe lasts detachably attached to second mold. First mold has first and second mold bodies arranged adjacently on the base. First and second mold bodies have first and second cavities defined therein and opening outward respectively. Second mold is spaced apart from first mold and movable between second mold-opening position spaced from first mold and second mold-closing position abutting first mold. Second mold-opening position enables first and second shoe lasts to move synchronously with second mold away from first mold. Second mold-closing position enables first and second shoe lasts to be inserted into first and second cavities respectively. Linkage mechanism moves mold bodies from first mold-opening position to first mold-closing position such that sole forming space is defined between first cavity and first shoe last and defined between second cavity and second shoe last.

    Abstract: A mold position adjusting device is provided on a vertical mold clamping device that has a first and a second mold base, wherein the first mold base is provided thereon with a first mold plate. The mold position adjusting device includes a pushing and turning mechanism and an expanding mechanism. The pushing and turning mechanism drives the first mold plate to turn between the two mold bases along an arc defined by a radius of gyration. The expanding mechanism drives the first mold base and/or the second mold base to move along a direction of gravity such that the two mold bases are spaced apart by a predetermined distance greater than the radius of gyration. With the two mechanisms providing the space required for turning the first mold plate, work safety requirements can be met without having to expand the existing warning area of the vertical mold clamping device.

    Abstract: A material injection system of a plastic material injection molding machine is disclosed. It includes a base, several molds disposed on the base and a material injection seat X axis and Y axis movably disposed on the base. A material stopping member is disposed on each mold so as to prevent the foam material therein from spilling outside. Each mold is formed with a ventilating opening connected to a vacuum sucking machine for sucking out the air in the mold cavity during injection of the material, whereby the foam material can smoothly flow in the mold cavity without producing any bubble. The material injection nozzle is disposed with a material stopping structure for avoiding leakage of the material. An advancing and a retracting hydraulic cylinders are disposed on the base for eliminating the affection on the accuracy of alignment of the nozzle with the pouring gate.
