    Abstract: An adhesive deliver apparatus includes: a holder; an adhesive tube, containing an adhesive fluid and positioned inside the holder, wherein the adhesive tube comprises a nozzle and a nozzle seal formed on the nozzle; a support tube comprising a proximal end and a distal end; a connector, arranged to operably connect with the proximal end of the support tube; and an inner tube, positioned within the support tube and comprising an inlet end connected with the connector and an outlet end approximating to the distal end of the support tube. When the connector is inserted into the holder, a portion of the connector would break through the nozzle seal. When the holder is pressed, the adhesive fluid will be squeezed out from the adhesive tube and transmitted through the inner tube from the inlet end to the outlet end.

In light of low boiling point of ammonium hydroxide and alcohol, they can be easily removed by heating at low temperature. As such, conventional premature polymerization of adhesive substrate owing to addition of a thickening agent containing residual accelerators can be overall improved.

    Abstract: The invention provides an antimicrobial adhesive comprising a plurality of particulates, a plurality of metallic particles and cyanoacrylate monomer. Each of the particulates attached numbers of the metallic particles on the surface to form a mixture having a specific gravity approximating to that of the cyanoacrylate monomer. Those particulates carrying metallic particles on the surface can be suspended well in the cyanoacrylate monomer without aggregation or precipitation while the cyanoacrylate monomer produces no pre-mature polymerization.

    Abstract: A cap-dispenser assembly including a cap and a dispenser attached to the cap. The cap is a hollow cylinder with a first pipe provided on the upper surface of the base of the cap. A plurality of ribs are provided between the first pipe and the base of the cap. The space inside the first pipe and the space inside the base form a fluid channel. The dispenser has an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion of the dispenser is upward tapered while the lower portion of the dispenser is provided at bottom with a recess to receive the first pipe of the cap. The cap-dispenser assembly can be attached to a flexible tube to enable dispense of the content in the flexible tube on wounds of various sizes via the fluid channel and pores of the dispenser.
