  • Publication number: 20250020360
Abstract: A device for adjusting an air volume flow, in particular in an air distribution network, has a central air channel which can be flowed through and a throttle which is arranged in the central air channel. A size of a cross section of the air channel which can be flowed through can be changed by a throttle, wherein the throttle has an adjustment mechanism for changing the cross section which can be flowed through. The device has in addition to the throttle a central flow element which is arranged in the air channel and which has a cover, the circumference of which increases in the direction away from the throttle. The adjustment mechanism can be activated with the device being mounted in a wall opening. This enables an optimum fine adjustment of the device.

  • Publication number: 20250020362
Abstract: A device for adjusting an air volume flow, in particular in an air distribution network, has a central air channel which can be flowed through. The device has a throttle (6) which is arranged in the central air channel and which has at least a first throttle portion (60) having first blocking elements (601) and a second throttle portion (61) having second blocking elements (611). The position of the second blocking elements (611) can be changed relative to the first blocking elements (601) in order to change a size of a cross section of the air channel which can be flowed through. The first blocking elements (601) and the second blocking elements (611) are configured in such a manner that in approximately all positions between the first end position and the second end position in approximately any radial direction they form a portion of the cross section which can be flowed through.

  • Publication number: 20240227065
Abstract: A method for monitoring a laser welding process includes the steps of: performing the laser welding process by irradiating a laser beam onto at least one work piece to form a weld joint, wherein the laser beam is guided along a processing path by a deflection device, detecting sensor data by at least two sensors during the laser welding process, and determining whether the weld joint has a defect based on the detected sensor data and at least one processing parameter of the laser welding process. An associated laser welding system is also provided.

  • Publication number: 20240208262
Abstract: A wheel component, method, and tool device for a bicycle, including a plurality of integrally interconnected component parts, which form a spoked rim, wherein the rim and spokes are manufactured of a fibrous composite material by an injection molding process with fluid injection, wherein the liquefied fibrous composite material is injected into a cavity of a tool device, and a fluid is injected into the partially liquid fibrous composite material within the cavity to form at least one hollow space within the component part. A further component part forming a spoke, is manufactured by an injection molding process, wherein a mold core device for forming a hollow space within the spoke is disposed within a further cavity of the tool device. The fibrous composite material is injected into the further cavity. The mold core device is retracted from the fibrous composite material to form a cavity in the spoke.

  • Publication number: 20220176958
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for trajectory planning of a driver assistance system, particularly an assistance system for longitudinal and/or transverse control, in which a trajectory (T1, T3-T7) having a total duration (te) which can be set is determined and the trajectory (T3, T5, T7) is divided into segments, wherein each segment has a variable segment duration (?t1, ?t2, ?t3) and the total of the segment durations (?t1, ?t2, ?t3) corresponds to the set total duration (te) of the trajectory (T3, T5, T7).
