  • Publication number: 20250137502
Abstract: A method for controlling an operation of a motor vehicle, in particular controlling a coupling process. The motor vehicle has a coupling mechanism with an actuation device, which actuation device is configured to move a gear unit element, particularly a coupling element, of the coupling mechanism between a coupling position and an uncoupling position. The speed at which the gear unit element is moved into the coupling position is set and/or changed depending on a state parameter of the coupling mechanism.

  • Patent number: 12195027
Abstract: A method for developing a remote command data package for a motor vehicle by a central electronic computing device involves the central electronic computing device providing a plurality of templates in a user interface of the central electronic computing device. A single template defines at least one generalized vehicle command. A developer of the remote command data package provides a workflow defining logic for the remote command data package using the user interface. The developer provides the workflow using at least one template of the plurality of templates and the central electronic computing device transforms the workflow into the vehicle command depending on the used template.

  • Patent number: 12140188
Abstract: A claw clutch for positively connecting a first rotatable component to a second rotatable component. A claw clutch for motor vehicles having an electric drive train which permits a reliable connection of the claw clutch when tooth-on-tooth positions are released and, at the same time, reduces the number of moving elements on the sliding sleeve. A clutch body, which is arranged on the first rotatable component for conjoint rotation therewith, has a first tooth system and a sliding sleeve, which is arranged on the second rotatable component in a manner which allows conjoint rotation and axial movement, has a second tooth system and is axially movable via a shift fork by an actuator system in order to load a spring element by the actuator system in the case of a tooth-on-tooth position. The spring element to be loaded is arranged outside the second rotatable component equipped with the sliding sleeve.

  • Publication number: 20240344605
Abstract: A method for controlling an operation of the gear mechanism of a motor vehicle having a freewheel device coupled to an electrical machine and configured to couple the electrical machine rotation speed-dependently to an output of the freewheel device or decouple it therefrom. The gear mechanism depending on a state change signal, starting from a decoupled state of the freewheel device, is operated in a pre-synchronization phase in which the rotation speed of the electrical machine is regulated to a target rotation speed, in particular below an actual rotation speed of the output, and on reaching a nominal rotation speed below the target rotation speed, a coupling phase is implemented in which the target rotation speed is increased and the transition to the coupled state of the freewheel device is performed.

  • Publication number: 20240317303
Abstract: A method for operating a hydrostatic vehicle steering system includes rotationally operating an input shaft via a steering handle, rotary operating a steering dosing valve via an output shaft, the steering dosing valve used for hydraulic actuation of a steering cylinder interacting with steerable vehicle wheels, establishing a releasable rotary connection between the input shaft and the output shaft via a clutch, applying a predefinable steering torque to the output shaft via an actuating drive, automatically assuming a closed clutch position of the clutch under the effect of a restoring spring force in a first operating mode intended for manual steering operation, and bringing the clutch into an open clutch position counter to the effect of the restoring spring force via a controller in a second operating mode intended for autonomous steering operation.

  • Publication number: 20240278826
Abstract: A hydrostatic steering device for an agricultural utility vehicle including a steering orbitrol, which can be controlled via a steering handle and by which a dual-action steering cylinder can be extended in accordance with a steering operation occurring at the steering handle. Depending on the operation direction of the steering handle, a first orbitrol connection forms a supply fed from a hydraulic high-pressure source, and a second orbitrol connection forms a return which communicates with a hydraulic reservoir, to actuate opposing working chambers of the steering cylinder. A hydraulic leakage flow occurring between the first and second orbitrol connections can be compensated with regard to a hydraulic operation of the steering cylinder via a valve assembly communicating with the high-pressure source and the hydraulic reservoir.
