The system comprises an inverter for transforming a first alternating current from an on-board network having a variable frequency into a second alternating current, and at least a first electrical load and at least a second electrical load, which are configured to be operated simultaneously by the second alternating current.

Abstract: A smoke detection system includes at least one smoke detector which is installed in a first partial region of a region to be monitored by way of the smoke detection system. The smoke detection system further includes at least one fluid injection device which is configured to inject a fluid into the region to be monitored by way of the smoke detection system in a direction of at least one smoke detector such that in an emergency case, when smoke is present in a second partial region of the region to be monitored the smoke is transported to the at least one smoke detector.

Abstract: A collapsible partition is provided having a collapsed configuration and an installed configuration in which it is arranged to divide a vehicle compartment into two parts. The partition includes, but is not limited to a ducted portion comprising a duct. The duct extends within the partition from a first opening at a first end of the duct to a second opening at a second end of the duct. The duct is arranged to convey a control fluid for controlling the heat transfer between the partition and at least one of the two parts of the vehicle compartment. There is also disclosed a vehicle compartment control arrangement and a method of partitioning a vehicle compartment.
