  • Publication number: 20240313473
Abstract: A plug connector includes a housing and a locking system arranged on the housing. The locking system has an actuating lever and a locking lever. The locking lever has a latching element. The actuating lever and the locking lever are connected to one another at a first end of the locking lever. The locking lever is a bending bar that creates a spring force in a direction of the housing. The locking lever extends to a second end along a plug-in direction from the housing. The actuating lever is connected to the housing by a supporting web and projects beyond the supporting web in a direction opposite the plug-in direction.

  • Publication number: 20240283208
Abstract: A plug connector includes a first housing part having a plug contact element with a plurality of blades that are electrically conductively connected and a second housing part having a receiving area receiving a conductor foil. The second housing part has a first ridge pressing the conductor foil in the receiving area in a direction of the blades while the first housing part and the second housing part are pushed into each other. The first ridge engages in a fit with a first blade of the plurality of blades when a first area of the first blade is bent in a direction of the first ridge.

  • Patent number: 12003048
Abstract: A plug connector for flexible conductor films having film-insulated conductors, having a plug connector housing, in which at least one plug contact element is arranged, and having a coupling region, in which blades electrically conductively connected to the at least one plug contact element penetrate and fix at least one film-insulating conductor by producing an electrical contact, wherein the plug connector housing comprises two housing parts that can be fitted together, whose first housing part supports the blades and the at least one plug contact element electrically conductively connected to them, and whose second housing part receives and supports the flexible conductor film and has the at least one blade receiver adjusted to the blades, whose boundary surfaces are formed in such a way that at least one part of the blades is bent when fitting the two housing parts together in the direction of the film-insulated conductor, wherein at least one part of the blades is formed flexibly.
