Abstract: An electronic system for splitting a transaction cost between multiple parties. The system comprises a processor configured to: receive transaction data from a payment card server, the transaction data relating to transactions performed using a payment card associated with a first user; on instruction by the first user, associate one or more other users with a group transaction identified from the transaction data along with an indication of a respective portion of the group transaction to be paid by each other user; transmit a payment authorization request to each other user for payment of the other user's respective portion of the group transaction; and upon authorization, receive confirmation of a transfer of funds equal to the other user's respective portion from a payment vehicle associated with the other user to a payment account associated with the first user.

Abstract: There is provided a computer-implemented method of assessing credit risk, the method comprising the steps of: obtaining non-sufficient funds declines data on past transactions of a plurality of account holders occurring during an outcome window; obtaining transactional data on the past transactions of said plurality of account holders occurring during an observation window that precedes the outcome window; deriving one or more rules based on the occurrence of non-sufficient funds declines during the outcome window and on the preceding transactional data from the observation window; and applying the one or more rules to transactional data on past transactions of an individual account holder occurring during an individual observation window for that individual in order to determine the likelihood of a non-sufficient funds decline occurring during a subsequent individual outcome window for that individual. There is also provided a computer readable medium and a system for assessing credit risk.

Abstract: A computer implemented method, at a processor, of tracking visa compliance of a person, the method comprising the steps of: receiving and storing payment card data associated with a payment card associated with the person; receiving and storing visa data associated with a country and the person; identifying transaction data containing a date and a location of transactions performed using the payment card; and creating immigration status data associated with the person based on the visa data and the transaction data.

Abstract: Systems and methods for payment card account portfolio monitoring and optimization that provide issuer financial institutions (FIs) with account holder recommendations about whether or not to take action with respect to one or more of their payment account holders. In some embodiments, the process includes extracting, by a recommendation engine from a payment card transaction database, payment account transaction data of a plurality of payment card accounts, aggregating the payment account transaction data, calculating a payment card account product profitability proxy amount for each payment card account, executing an adaptive optimization process, generating a recommendations file, and then transmitting the recommendations file to an issuer FI computer.
