  • Publication number: 20260145469
Abstract: A method for acquiring the value of a voltage drop of a power supply battery of a sensor of a tire pressure monitoring system. The sensor includes an ultra-high-frequency two-way communicator. The method includes the steps of: acquiring the load voltage of the battery when the sensor transmits data; computing the voltage drop based on the load voltage; and transmitting the voltage drop. • Patent number: 12479300
Abstract: A method for protecting the battery of a wheel unit fitted to a wheel of a motor vehicle. The motor vehicle includes a central processing unit and the wheel unit includes at least a first sensor capable of measuring and of supplying an operating parameter of the wheel unit and a battery which supplies the wheel unit with power. The method including that the wheel unit transitions from an operational state to a non-operational state when the operating parameter reaches a predetermined upper threshold, and the wheel unit transitions from the non-operational state to the operational state when the operating parameter reaches a predetermined lower threshold.

  • Publication number: 20250355436
Abstract: A method for deactivating a remote automatic parking mode of a vehicle in a parking garage. The vehicle being equipped with a tire monitoring system, including wheel units mounted in each wheel of the vehicle and each being provided with an accelerometer measuring a radial component of an acceleration of the wheel and being dependent on a terrestrial gravitational field. The vehicle being provided with an automatic parking mode remotely controlled by portable equipment carried by a user. The method includes, if the conditions for activating the measurements of the wheel units are verified: each wheel unit measuring acceleration values over time; comparing said values with a threshold value, for each wheel unit; if the acceleration values of at least two wheel units exceed said threshold value, then: detecting any movement of said vehicle in a parking garage; and deactivating the remote automatic parking mode.

  • Patent number: 12425225
Abstract: A method for the secure transmission of messages in real time between a transmitter and a receiver that are housed on board a motor vehicle. The method includes at least a first step that is executed during a current driving cycle of the motor vehicle and consists in the receiver comparing a received first transmitter authentication code with a first receiver authentication code. The first message being rejected if the first transmitter authentication code differs from the first receiver authentication code, and the first message being accepted if the first transmitter authentication code is identical to the first receiver authentication code.

  • Publication number: 20250110005
Abstract: A method for monitoring the balancing of the wheels of a motor vehicle, comprising at least a phase of modeling a first sinusoidal theoretical acceleration signal of a first wheel and a second sinusoidal theoretical acceleration signal of a second wheel, a noise-measuring phase including, for the first wheel, calculating the difference between the value of each sample of the first raw acceleration signal and a corresponding theoretical value of the first theoretical acceleration signal, then measuring a first standard deviation for the calculated differences, and, for the second wheel, calculating the difference between the value of each sample of the second raw acceleration signal and a corresponding theoretical value of the second theoretical acceleration signal, then measuring a second standard deviation for the calculated differences, a first step of calculating reference averages including calculating a first reference average of the first standard deviations and a second reference average of the second
