  • Publication number: 20240023495
Abstract: A storage container includes an interior space and a substrate disposed therein, a biological living development material disposed in or on the substrate. The storage container is a sealed capsule to provide an aseptic atmosphere. The substrate is an absorbent material having a water absorption capacity in the dry state of at least 50 g water/cm3. The storage container has two end segments and a tubular middle segment. The substrate and the development material are arranged in the middle segment. At least a first one of the end segments is arranged opposite the middle segment. The substrate and the development material are arranged in the middle segment. At least a second one of the end segments is arranged opposite the middle segment and has a smaller wall thickness than the middle segment, has a wall material that is more thermally, physically, or chemically susceptible to attack than the middle segment, has a predetermined separation point.

  • Publication number: 20090008019
Abstract: The invention relates to the use of infrared thermography as an agent for determining the hardening course of a two-component composition. By use of this, mixing errors, in particular, can be detected at an early stage and the infrared thermography can be used as an agent for performing controls during the process for optimizing the dosing ratio of the two-components and for detecting the end of the gel time. Due to this type of use, it is possible to detect errors earlier, that is, prior to joining to or contacting with the surface of the substrate, thus leading to a faster and safer process and to lower rejection or reconditioning costs. The invention also relates to a production line, an industrially produced and to a structure or a transport agent.

  • Patent number: 6444098
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for preparing tocol acylate or tocopherol acylate having the following steps: a) combining tocol or tocopherol with an acylating agent to form a reaction mixture; b) irradiating the reaction mixture with microwave energy to from tocol acylate or tocopherol acylate; and c) isolating the tocol acylate or tocopherol acylate from the reaction mixture.
