The sealing device in turn having, at least on one side of the rolling bearing, a first sealing level defined by at least one sliding-contact sealing lip and a second sealing level arranged in series with the first sealing level along an axis of symmetry of the rolling bearing. The sealing device defining a labyrinth for preventing the entry of contaminants into the first sealing level.

Abstract: A support assembly for movable shafts including a bearing for receiving the movable shaft, a bearing housing having an annular housing, in an internal seat that is mounted to the bearing, and a lid to close fluid tight an opening of the seat for the bearing, the cover is made in one piece in a polymeric material and has a portion that is coupled on a radially outer lateral surface for housing the annular element and that is provided with an annular sealing lip which extends frontally projecting from a front edge of the coupling portion, which is made of the same polymeric material of the cover and which is elastically deformable in the radial direction from the inside towards the outside. The annular sealing lip being coupled with interference with a portion of the radially outer conical lateral surface housing the annular element.

Abstract: A sealing device for a rolling bearing having two annular screens constrained to the rings of the rolling bearing. Each annular screen having a respective seal made of an elastomer and provided with a respective first and second number of non-contacting annular sealing lips arranged obliquely with respect to an axis of symmetry of the sealing device that extend away from the axis of symmetry and define between them a winding path to hinder any entry of washing liquids or other impurities into the rolling bearing and facilitate at the same time the expulsion of washing liquids or other impurities which may have infiltrated along the path.

The housing element is made of a synthetic molded plastic material and the base or flange has its shoulder face covered by a layer of elastomeric material which has been molded integrally fixed in one piece with the base or flange.
