  • Patent number: 11690321
Abstract: A system for supplying electric power to components of an agricultural harvester may include a power storage device and a first agricultural harvester component. The system may also include a first bus electrically coupled to the power storage device and configured to supply electric power at a first voltage to the first agricultural harvester component. Furthermore, the system may include a second agricultural harvester component and a second bus configured to supply the electric power at a second voltage to second agricultural harvester component, the second voltage being less than the first voltage. Additionally, the system may include a converter electrically coupled between the first and the second bus, with the converter configured to reduce the first voltage supplied through the first bus to allow electric power to be supplied to the second agricultural harvester component at the second voltage via the second bus.

  • Patent number: 11571962
Abstract: A power transmission set for tractioned axles of vehicles. The power transmission set includes at least one coupling/uncoupling device, a selector unit, a primary shaft, and a secondary shaft. The shafts are interconnected by the selector unit to select and control a type of motor propulsion applied to a tread axle of a vehicle. The shafts cooperatively with the coupling/uncoupling device are configured to provide a configuration in which only a combustion engine is responsible for propulsion; in which only an electric motor provides propulsion; in which both the combustion engine and the electric motor work together to generate torque; or in which the tread axle is uncoupled from the combustion engine and the electric motor and the combustion engine provides power to the electric motor to generate electricity. A vehicle for the transport of cargo and passengers including the power transmission set.

  • Patent number: 11130401
Abstract: A wheel hub for tandem axles including a housing, a reduction system, sun gears, planetary gears and a connection sleeve. The housing contains the reduction system, which is formed by the conical sun gears and the conical planetary gears that are accommodated in a supporting structure. The sun gears are mounted in a yoke that is attached to the supporting structure. The conical planetary gears are attached, respectively, to a differential housing in a fixed way and to an end of a semi-draft having free rotation. The connection sleeve is mounted in the end of the semi-draft having concentric mobility in relation to the conical planetary gear through an actuator system placed in an end of the supporting structure. The connection sleeve is formed by a body having a surface with double connection toothing disclosing a toothing of the yoke, and the toothing of the conical planetary gear.

  • Patent number: 10485170
Abstract: A debris removal system for an agricultural harvester may include an extractor having an extractor housing defining a central airflow channel for directing debris through the extractor from a central inlet to a central outlet. The extractor housing may further define an outer airflow channel surrounding the central airflow channel. The outer airflow channel may define a flow path between an outer housing inlet and an outer airflow outlet. Additionally, the extractor housing may include an internal divider wall extending between the central and outer airflow channels. Moreover, the system may include at least one flow-generating device provided in operative association with the housing. The flow-generating device(s) may be configured to generate an airflow directed through the outer airflow channel, wherein the airflow generates a negative pressure within the central airflow channel that draws the debris into the extractor housing via the central airflow inlet.
