Abstract: An apparatus for cooking food includes an oven, including a cooking chamber in which the food can be cooked by dry hot air, steam or hot air and steam together, a support frame to which the oven is fixed, a collecting tank designed to collect the liquid produced in the cooking chamber during the cooking of food or delivered to the cooking chamber during a washing procedure of the oven, the collecting tank being associated with the support frame and being provided with an inlet opening that can be connected to a drain of the cooking chamber, the collecting tank being provided with level sensor means configured for detecting a plurality of levels reached by the liquid in the collecting tank.

Abstract: An apparatus for cooking foods comprises a cooking chamber, a fan device for circulating air and/or steam inside said cooking chamber, a first conduit arrangement and a second conduit arrangement respectively for the entry into said cooking chamber of air removed from an external environment and for the exit from said cooking chamber of air and/or steam, in a first operating condition of said apparatus, said first conduit arrangement being so arranged as to enable air and/or steam to exit from said cooking chamber when a preset threshold pressure is reached inside the latter, in a second operating condition of said apparatus in which said second conduit arrangement is shut.

Abstract: A safety device for a washing system for liquid fuel burners in gas turbines, in which these turbines are provided with separate injectors for the combustion of liquid fuel or gaseous fuel, wherein the washing system comes into use when gaseous fuel is used and comprises a feed pipe for washing gas, a manifold from which liquid fuel is distributed to the burners, and a drainage pipe in order to discharge deposits of liquid; on the feed pipe there is inserted a closed tank in which there are provided apertures both for an intake pipe and for an outlet pipe for the washing gas, for the drainage pipe and for at least two liquid level sensors.
