Abstract: An improved packaging machine is described, composed of a supporting and containing structure comprising at least one decompression chamber for a vacuum packaging of a product, the chamber being composed of at least one tank covered by at least one basculating bell suitable for welding through perimeter welding bars with which the bell is equipped, such machine being further equipped with communication means connected to processing means and to printing means, the communication means being adapted to transfer operating packaging data of the machine to the processing means and to the printing means.
