  • Publication number: 20230148911
Abstract: A system for detecting handwriting problems may include a handwriting instrument including a body extending longitudinally between a first end and a second end, the first end having a writing tip which is able to write on a support, the handwriting instrument further including at least one motion sensor configured to acquire data on the handwriting of the user when a user is using the handwriting instrument, and one calculating unit communicating with the motion sensor and configured to analyze the data by an artificial intelligence trained to detect whether the user has handwriting problems.

  • Publication number: 20210406862
Abstract: A method for detecting filling parameters of a point-of-sale display, the point-of-sale display being intended to receive predetermined products, said method comprises: emitting a wave in the point-of-sale display; sensing an echo wave generated by reflection and/or backscattering of the emitted wave in the point-of-sale display; transmitting a signal representative of said echo wave to a calculating unit comprising at least one predictive model configured to determine how much the point-of-sale display is filled with products and/or configured to determine a probability that products placed in the point-of-sale display correspond to said predetermined products, the method further comprising: calculating an inference of the at least one predictive model to determine filling parameters of the point-of-sale display.

  • Patent number: 6933930
Abstract: A device for acquiring the position co-ordinates of a source of mechanical waves optionally generated by impacting the surface of a plate (PLQ) of finite dimensions. A set of acoustic sensors (PZT00 to PZT11) each formed by a pair of piezoelectric transducers (PZTa, PZTb) face each other on either side of the plate, the device includes a processor for determining the co-ordinates of the source by analyzing the difference in propagation time of the acoustic waves generated by the source to the different sensors. The processor combined with each sensor (PZT00 to PZT 11) a respective electronic circuit includes a digitized mounted in cascade for digitizing the amplified signal around a predetermined frequency, associated with a mechanism for limiting the digitization to a time window starting before the acoustic waves reach a sensor and ending when the acoustic waves have reached said sensor.

  • Publication number: 20030066692
Abstract: The invention concerns a device for acquiring the position co-ordinates of a source of mechanical waves optionally generated by impacting the surface of a plate (PLQ) of finite dimensions comprising a set of acoustic sensors (PZT00 to PZT11) each formed by a pair of piezoelectric transducers (PZTa, PZTb) facing each other on either side of the plate, the device including processing means for determining the co-ordinates of the source by analysing the difference in propagation time of the acoustic waves generated by the source to the different sensors. Said device is characterised in that the processing means comprise combined with each sensor (PZT00 to PZT11) a respective electronic circuit including means mounted in cascade for digitizing the amplified signal around a predetermined frequency, associated with means for limiting the digitization to a time window starting before the acoustic waves reach a sensor and ending when the acoustic waves have reached said sensor.
