Abstract: A method and a device for managing access authorization to a payment service provided to a user is disclosed. A request to initialize at least one access authorization is received from a terminal of the owner user. Such an access authorization is intended to allow at least one delegated user to access the account of the owner user, the request comprising at least one identifier of the delegated user and one identifier of the owner user. Temporary data for accessing an account associated with the delegated user is generated, the temporary data comprising a public identifier associated with the delegated user, and a confidential code associated with the public identifier. The temporary data is transmitted to at least one terminal of the delegated user or of another user.

Abstract: A secure communication method for ordering a product or a service by way of a communication terminal is described. The method is performed by the terminal and includes sending, to a server, a request containing information relating to a product or to a service, establishing, in the background, a communication to N supplier terminals (N?1) identified by the server as being able to supply the product or the service, based on all or some of the information in the request, the communication being established while masking the communication identifier of the terminal and of the N terminals, and, in the course of the communication, receiving, from at least one supplier terminal out of at least K supplier terminals, such that 1?K?N, an offer for a product or for a service corresponding to the information, the offer having been generated during the communication.

Abstract: A method is described for negotiating a contract between two parties in a telecommunications network, as well as devices implementing the method. The method includes distributing, by a first party, a smart contract comprising: a subscription method allowing a second party to distribute a transaction for subscribing to the contract proposal, a method for generating a personalised contract between the parties and requesting their registration in the blockchain, the personalised contract being generated on the basis of parameters included in the transaction, executing the subscription method by a terminal of the second party, the execution triggering the distribution of a transaction comprising parameters representing the acceptance of the contract proposal by the second party, and executing, by a mining device, the method for generating a personalised contract with these parameters.

Abstract: A method for validating a transaction relating to an offer for a good or a service to at least one user, a bill having been generated for the offer, in which the method is implemented in a terminal associated with the user. The method includes, in a manner that is deferred with respect to the offer: accessing, via a communication network, a billing device, using an identifier associated with a set of bills including the bill, the bills of the set relating to goods or services offered to the user by the same provider over a certain period of time; and requesting, with the billing device, payment of at least the bill, taking into account the identifier, a payment method, and an amount written on the at least one bill.

Abstract: A method for securing a transaction between a terminal, in particular of a first user, and a device, in particular of a second user, via a server, in particular of a third-party entity. The method includes comparing: a first series of codes drawn from a private key and associated with the transaction device transmitted from the server to the transaction device, and a second series of codes received by the server from a terminal, in particular of the first user. The comparison triggers in case of a match between the two series of codes, associating the second terminal, the transaction device and the transaction, making it possible to issue an authorization to continue the transaction between the second terminal and the transaction device associated by the server.
